Terms

Booking Policy:

  • To confirm a booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the services booked.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the booked services.
  • In case of a last-minute booking (less than 30 days before the start of the services), the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email once the deposit has been received.
  • Any changes or amendments to a booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
  • In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the start of the services, the full amount will be charged.
  • Legion Agency reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided to the client.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If a client cancels a reservation more than 60 days before the check-in date, Legion Agency will refund 50% of the total amount paid.
  • If a client cancels a reservation within 60 days of the check-in date, Legion Agency will not refund any amount paid.
  • If a client wishes to modify a reservation, Legion Agency will do its best to accommodate the request, subject to availability and any price difference.
